Payment Policy: Payment from each party is due at least 5 days before the scheduled first session.

Cancellation/Postponement: Cancellations or postponements made within 14 calendar days of the scheduled session will be assessed 50% of the session fee owed by that party. For cancellations or postponements made within 3 business days of the scheduled session, the canceling party will be assessed 100% of the session fee owed by that party. The cancellation fees will be assessed to the canceling party. If it is unclear which party is responsible for the cancellation, both parties will split the cancellation fees. Please note that we will only assess cancellation fees if we are unable to refill the time slot with another case.
